Seven Movement, a gym that specialises in both adult and children’s classes, has launched in Stockport using a £10k loan from BFS.

Headed up by owner Dave Perrin, Seven Movement now aim to open five sites across the North of England by 2021 offering high intensity and low intensity interval training and strength workouts. They also offer personal training, nutritional coaching, home workouts and sports injury therapy.

The Seven Movement facility also runs a Superhero Fit exercise class, designed to get children aged four to 13 enjoying fitness, movement and healthy eating.  These 45 minute classes use key movement skills to improve children’s abilities like running, jumping, crawling and squatting combined. All this is wrapped up in a superhero theme using their favourite superheroes or villains.

Dave Perrin, who has worked in the fitness industry for 12 years, said: “What the loan from BFS has enabled us to do is to create a health and fitness brand and environment which promotes healthy living through a balance of exercise, healthy eating and long term behaviour change.
